Flight Suits and Name Badges
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center offers one-of-a-kind flight suits with exclusive patches. With the purchase of a flight suit, you will receive a free custom name badge. When you place your order for a flight suit, you do not need to add a name badge to your cart, but you must include your requested inscription for the name badge in the order comments. If you do not include your requested inscription when you place your order, we will reach out to you via email to ask for it. You must respond via email with your inscription request. If we do not receive a response within three business days, we will ship your flight suit without a name badge; thereafter, if you decide you would like the name badge, shipping/handling charges will be your responsibility.

Promotions & Discounts
Occasionally the Rocket Center Shop will feature promotions via marked down prices or discount codes. For any promotion we are running, restrictions will be noted. Discounts may not be combined with any other offer, including membership discounts.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts apply to merchandise only. Tickets to events, museum admission, and memberships are excluded.
Sales, promotions, and discount terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Product Availability
We do our best to ensure that accurate stock levels are maintained and reflected online. However, products sometimes become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item you ordered online is out of stock and therefore unable to be fulfilled within your order, we will contact you and discuss a replacement item or cancellation of the original item with no replacement. In the event that we do not hear from you after three business days of contacting you, we will cancel that item from your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept regular-priced merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. A receipt must accompany the item(s) being returned.
- Exchanges are available based on current inventory.
- We cannot send an exchange or process a return until the original item has been returned to our inventory.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by returning/exchanging products. Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- After we receive the item in our inventory, we will reach out for refund information as we do not retain credit card information after the order has been processed.
Products may be exchanged or returned under the following conditions:
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Products are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Order confirmation receipt must accompany the products
- Products are in original packaging and have not been used in any way
- Apparel must be unwashed and unworn
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Products that are missing tags
- Edible/food product
- Customized/personalized items
- Clearance/Final Sale items
Returns Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us at catalog@spacecamp.com and provide the original order confirmation receipt or order number, as well as a photo of the incorrect / damaged / missing items if applicable.
Ship returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt to:

Include the following in the return shipment:
- Original order confirmation or receipt
- Contact name, phone number, and email address
- A brief description of why the product is being returned, including guidance on what is to be done (return or exchange) and what replacement item is needed. Additional product pricing and shipping charges may be incurred for items that were not part of the original order.
- We recommend using a reliable, trackable option when returning merchandise; save shipping and tracking numbers for reference.
If an item received from us is damaged, defective, or is not the correct item, please email the following to catalog@spacecamp.com:
- A picture of the product
- A copy of the original order confirmation
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times vary. Transit (shipping) time begins at the time the shipment is picked up by the carrier, not when the order was placed.
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is not responsible for transit/delivery times. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, USSRC is no longer responsible for your package or for the timing of your delivery.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges.
Tracking numbers will be sent to customers via email as soon as we receive them.
Your order will be processed after your payment method is approved, and all order information, including the price, is verified for accuracy.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the merchandise total on the shopping cart page after discounts. Use the delivery chart below to calculate shipping charges to each delivery address. Items are charged to your credit card as shipped, but all items may not be shipped at the same time or in the same package. Shipping charges for the entire order are billed one time when the first item is shipped.

International Shipping
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center welcomes orders from our worldwide customers. To inquire about international shipping, send an email to catalog@spacecamp.com.
International shipping costs are calculated with the shipping company based on the weight of the package and the shipping address. We will provide quotes for shipping to the customer.
