Museum Group Visits

• We welcome groups during museum operating hours.
• Groups need at least 15 paying guests.
• Student groups need 1 chaperone for every 25 students, and each group receives 1 free chaperone admission for every 25 paid students.
• Adults must stay with students at all times.
• Please include parents and chaperones in your group count so they can be admitted with your group. Group adults are 18+.
• Children 4 and under are free.
• Daily Space Adventures & Ultimate Field Trips require a deposit before your visit. See Payments below for amounts and deadlines.
• Please pre-register all groups.

• Daily Space Adventure: $100 non-refundable deposit due 2 weeks before your visit. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
• Ultimate Field Trip: $250 non-refundable deposit due 3 weeks before your visit. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
• Daily Groups pay in full at check-in.
• Please make one payment for the entire group.
• We accept cash, school, district, or institution checks, and all major credit cards. Purchase orders aren’t accepted.

• Space is limited, so we recommend booking as early as you can.
• Please book Ultimate Field Trips at least 4 weeks ahead. If your date is sooner, our Group Sales team will gladly help you find another date or group option.
• Please book Daily Space Adventures at least 2 weeks ahead.
• Daily Groups and Daily Space Adventures: please send your final headcount 2 weeks before your visit.
• Ultimate Field Trips: please send your final headcount 3 weeks before your visit. We’ll do our best to add guests after that, but space may be limited.

Please plan for 6 hours to complete all activities & fully explore everything.
We advise at least 3 to 4 hours to tour the museum. Additional time may be needed if your group would like to watch a movie, eat lunch, and/or participate in other experiences. Six hours are required for Ultimate Field Trips.
Bus drivers receive complimentary general admission. Movie or show tickets are not included.

• No refunds will be issued for headcount changes made within 48 hours of your group’s visit date. This only applies if you have paid in advance or bring a check for more than the amount that attending without notifying Guest Services or a Group Sales Coordinator 48 hours or more in advance.
• Refunds are unavailable for simulator closures due to inclement weather or required maintenance.
• Deposits for Ultimate Field Trips and Daily Space Adventures are non-refundable.

Lunch

• Groups of 50 or more can pre-order $13 Burger Box lunches from Galaxy Grill. Each box includes a cheeseburger, Oreo, chips, and a canned drink, with accommodations for dietary needs. 
• Groups of 49 or fewer can pre-order from a menu with varying prices. 
• For all pre-orders, payment is due upon arrival at Galaxy Grill (separate from your group reservation payment). We accept cash, card, or check—no advance payments. Orders must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. ATTN: Groups of any size may choose to bring sack lunches, but it must be for the entire group and must be nut-free to adhere to our allergy policy.
