Once you’ve registered for camp, most of what you need lives in your online account — view your registration, update information, make payments, and more.

Most options for additional purchases are available until the day before camp ends.
Add Money to a Wristband Account
Rather than sending cash, we recommend adding spending money to a secure account your trainee can use to buy merchandise and snacks. Click here to access the secure account page — use their participant ID number as the Wristband number.
Policies & Forms
Individual Camp & Group Camp Programs Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service
Forms: Sixty (60) days before your arrival date, we’ll send a reminder about required forms you still need to complete. These must be submitted no later than 30 days before arrival to fully participate in Camp activities.
Transfer Requests: All session transfer requests must be received no later than two weeks before the scheduled start date. Reservations made fewer than eight weeks before the start date may request a transfer if notice is given two weeks before the scheduled start date. Transfers may be made once for no fee; additional transfers are $25.
