Look no further for out-of-this world professional development. Develop leaders and strengthen teams through our immersive Custom leadership and team building programs. Build individual skills, promote leadership, and enhance teamwork and communication in a fun and unique environment. Groups can book short excursions like private tours, up to an entire weeklong program. Our programs can be adapted for both adults and children while focusing on several core competencies. We can often take these programs and focus on the learning objectives and goals you have. For example:

Leadership Participants will demonstrate and analyze their leadership capabilities through training activities that expressly link to tangible issues commonly faced in group environments.
Team Building: Improving collaboration, communication, or morale, we challenge your team to think about their interactions and influence in a unique way.
Athletic Events: Looking for a facility to host your athletic event? We’ve got space! We have mapped out courses for 5k races, triathlons, and other types of athletic events!
Enhance your experience. Facilitated by our internal crew trainers, programs can be used as a stand-alone training platform or supplemented by external leadership and team-building experts. Our experts are familiar with our products and tailor their training to the experiences our customers are going through.
Sessions involving camp activities (Aviation Challenge, Cyber Camp, Space Camp, and Robotics) are available September through February, with limited availability March through August. Availability is based on staffing, resources, and available facility space. (Standard camp programs take priority over custom camp programs.) We will do our best to meet the needs of your organization. However, based on high attendance volumes, some days and times are more difficult to book than others. Our team will work with your organization’s needs and propose a high-impact solution and fully customized program. Customized programming is subject to availability based on the Space Camp schedule.

Weeklong Group Programs
Groups programs for 16 or more participants are available year-round. Click "Request Availability" to check date availability for your group.
An 8-week minimum is required for planning.
A deposit is required within 10 days of date confirmation; deposits will be used towards the total due.
120 days (about 4 months) out from the program start date, 50% of payment is due.
90 days (about 3 months) out from the program start date, 100% of the total payment is due.
60 days out from the program start date, participant information is due (health forms, registration, etc.).
Payment for private tours or expedited booking is due 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) before the event.
